37-year-old tennis pro VENUS Williams just lost Wimbledon to Garbine Muguruza from Spain following the finals earlier today in London, England.
VENUS lost in two sets, 7-5, and 6-0. Should Venus have won she would have been the OLDEST women’s singles champion that modern times has seen. Serena Williams, Venus’ younger sis, didn’t play this year because she’s pregnant.
After the loss, Venus sent a message to 35-year-old Serena: “I miss you. I tried my best to do the same things you do, but I think there will be other opportunities. I do.” Watch below and let us know what you think:
She'll be back 👏
